Shipping Policy
Any Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use which govern your use of our website www.thepetbelly.com (the “Website”) and our ‘The Pet Belly’ application for mobile and handheld devices (the “App”). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the “Platform”.
Shipping Territory
Petscovery Technologies ships products in 2 categories: Perishable Food Products and Dry Food Products. The Wet products include fresh food and bakery items, which can only be delivered in the regions Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Ghaziabad & Faridabad.
We do custom fresh cake orders in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune & Ludhiana. Kindly contact our customer support to place an order in any of these cities.
The Dry items are shipped PAN India.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the order value of the items in your order, as well as the delivery location, as specified in the table below and are subject to change, without prior or formal notice, at any time.

Delivery Time
For orders placed before 4:30pm, we provide same-day delivery unless it is marked in a "Preorder" category, in which case we will get in touch with the customer for a delivery date. For orders placed after 4:30pm, we will deliver at the next available delivery slot.

Delays in Delivery
In case of any delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, Petscovery Technologies is not legally liable. We will make every effort to deliver your order within the specified time frame, but unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or accidents and other logistical issues may cause delays uncontrollable by human forces.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via Whatsapp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days for a refund or exchange, as mentioned in our “Returns & Refund Policy”. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.
